We are please to share with you all that the Village has replaced the planter box on Anchorage Road at the intersection of Cedar Ave.   The old planter box was made out of wooden railroad ties which was falling apart.  The new walls are made with Nicolock grey wall stone.  We kept the original tree and planted new boxwood shrubs, yellow mops cypress shrubs and seasonal mums and flowers.  The box was made smaller, which widened the lane for traffic to turn onto Anchorage Road, this helps avoid gardening or delievery trucks hitting into it.
