1. Continuation of the application of Kevin & Elana Lifshitz, 142 Cedar Ave, Hewlett Bay Park, New York, to construct an inground swimming pool with spa, patio, equipment, a pool house pavilion, and associated improvements, which construction requires variances of: (a) Village Code §146-9(C)(3), in that the maximum combined lot coverage of all buildings and structures will be 11,720.08 square feet, and with the pool pavilion will be 12,620.08 square feet, where a maximum lot coverage of 10,453.36 square feet is permitted, (b) Village Code §146-9(C)(8)(h), in that the pool will be 25 feet from the rear property line, where a minimum of 35 feet is required, (c) Village Code §146-12(C) in that the rear height setback ratio for the pool pavilion will be 1.36, where the maximum is 0.80, and (d) Village Code §146-19, in that the pool pavilion will be 14.33 feet from the rear property line, where a minimum of 35 feet is required. Premises are designated as Section 41, Block A, Lot 204 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
